As an electrician, I need to separate my work-related notes and tasks from personal ones. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows me to group generated tasks and conversations into different categories, such as work and personal. This would help me manage my notes for each customer more effectively and keep my personal tasks distinct from work-related ones.

This is an absolute must for this tool to be of much use to anyone. Personally I juggle at least four hats at any given time. If this is the tool I will use for a long time to come, it will be a critical element in my workflow to be able to sort and filter conversations.

I miss being able to star important transcriptions, but sorting and folders would be positively gold for me
