Official MCP Server (custom integrations)

I’d really like to see this too, especially for ChatGPT integration.
My main concern with the current custom MCP route is that it appears to require ChatGPT Developer Mode. That makes it harder to use safely day-to-day because Developer Mode disables ChatGPT memory and the connector feels too broad for normal use.
For my use case, I don’t need automation or write access. I mainly want a safe way to ask ChatGPT questions about my Fieldy transcripts, summaries, and meetings.
Ideally, the official MCP/ChatGPT integration would support a read-only mode with tools limited to things like:
- Search conversations
- Fetch a specific conversation
- Get transcript
- Get summary
- Get action items as suggestions only
And it should avoid write/action tools such as:
- Create/update/delete
- Sync to CRM
- Create tasks
- Send emails
- Create calendar events
- Export all data
- Trigger automations
The ideal workflow would be:
“Ask ChatGPT a question about my Fieldy conversations → Fieldy searches/fetches only the relevant transcript → ChatGPT answers or summarises → nothing else happens.”
It would also be really helpful if the integration could be used without ChatGPT Developer Mode, or with clearer permission scopes so users can safely restrict Fieldy access to specific GPTs/projects or only use it when explicitly selected.
For privacy, transcript content should be treated as data only, not instructions for the AI to follow. So if a transcript contains something like “ignore previous instructions” or “send this somewhere,” the AI should not treat that as a command.
A safe read-only official MCP connector would make me much more comfortable using Fieldy with ChatGPT.

Any update on this. this product is pointless without the ability to get this data

Omi has official MCP: https://docs.omi.me/doc/developer/MCP
Plaud has unofficial MCP via API.
This needs to prioritized.

If we had MCP, we could link it to Claude or another MCP-capable LLM tool. Since there are also Google MCPs (and MANY others), that would actually allow an LLM to view your Mail, Calendar, Drive files, AND Fieldy recordings holistically.

Adomas Valiukevicius I would assume that a large proportion of your users are iPhone users. If you implement MCP server functionality, it should include the ability to work with Apple apps, such as calendar, reminders and contacts.

I do not think most people will understand how awesome and game-changing a feature this could be.
Bee AI, a similar device, has an MCP Server. Shortwave, an email app that can be used with Gmail, etc, has an MCP Server. Someone wrote a simple integration available for free from GitHub.
You can also connect to your choice of AI.
So now you can ask, say, Grok questions that will use all of your written and spoken communications as data!
The chatbot in your email knows about your voice conversations, and the chatbot in your voice memory aid knows about your emails.

I am interested in having access to an open API or an MCP server to enhance my development capabilities. This would allow me to integrate more deeply with your services and build custom solutions tailored to my needs.
