This. When the transcript is incorrect, it leads to incorrect summaries. Incorrect summaries make the workflow unreliable.
This goes hand in hand with being able to download the audio. Sometimes, you look at a transcript, scratch your head, and say, "WTF?" With the audio, you can know what was said in that situation and who to attribute the information to.
Granted, Fieldy has the most reliable transcription I've had yet. But it does make mistakes. And without the audio and the ability to edit the transcript, those mistakes go uncorrected unless you remember everything exactly as it happened.
If I could remember everything exactly as it happened, I wouldn't need the device or service.
